Ingredients:
White bread 1 piece, sour cream 150g, red onion 1 clove, red caviar to taste, Black Caviar to taste, vegetable oil 70 ml.
Preparation: White bread (better to use a baguette) cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil in a pan on both sides. Lay out on towel to drain excess oil and cool slightly.
Red onion cut into thin rings. On each slice of bread lay on 2 onion rings, a teaspoon of sour cream and a teaspoon of black caviar.
