Thin Pancakes with Caviar

Ingredients

Wheat flour ½ cup, milk 1.5 cups, buckwheat flour 0.3 cups, large salt ¼ teaspoon, eggs 4 pieces, butter melted 2 tablespoons, sour cream to taste, Black Caviar to taste.

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, salt, egg and 1 tablespoon melted butter softened. Good beat with a mixer until smooth.

Heat the pancake pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil and fry thin pancakes, spreading about 1 tablespoon of dough and spread over the surface, until golden brown on both sides for 2-3 minutes. If necessary, add a little more oil. Serve with sour cream and black caviar.
